Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 6pm are generally processed and shipped the next business morning.  Special considerations can be made for next day air shipments to be shipped the same day.  Please make arrangements with Jennifer by calling 520-444-3081.

As soon as you have placed your order I will send you an order confirmation email stating that your order has been received and is being processed.  As soon as I have shipped the order I will send another email notifying you the item has shipped, as well as the shipping company's tracking number (for second and next day deliveries).

Tucson customers may arrange for local delivery or pickup.  Call or email me to make arrangements.  Then simply choose the will call shipping option at checkout.

Payment

It is important to me that you have a safe and secure shopping experience.  All purchases are processed through PayPal on this website.  It is not necessary to have a PayPal account.  Simply add products to your shopping cart, and PayPal will direct you to pay with your credit card.  I am PayPal verified.

Return Policies

Your complete satisfaction is my number one priority.  If an item you ordered from Flat Earth Jewelry Design does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 15 days of receipt.  I recommend using a trackable service such as Fed Ex or UPS.  Flat Earth Jewelry Design cannot be held responsible for shipments lost in return mail.  I will then credit your credit card for the entire cost of the original purchase less shipping charges.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  I take pride in describing and photographing our products in an accurate manner.  Please note the reason for return.

Simply return the undamaged item and paperwork into the original package.  All return items should be sent to:

Purchases returned to Flat Earth Jewelry Design as unclaimed, return to sender, or otherwise undeliverable by USPS, or the assigned delivery  company will be credited back in the original form of payment less shipping charges.

Privacy Policy

Flat Earth Jewelry Design values your privacy.  I use your information only for order processing and to keep you informed of offerings and sales. I do not keep credit card information on file, and I will never sell or share any personal information.  If you wish to offer a photo or testimonial I may post it to my gallery.  This section will only post first names with no further personal or contact information.
